📂 Mandatory Documents for New Joiners

All new employees are required to submit the following documents before their official joining date to complete the onboarding process at TechMarbles Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

📋 Required Documents:

1. Updated Resume (C.V.) with one passport-size photograph
   
   

2. Duly filled Joining Form (provided by HR)
   
   

3. Resignation letter copy from the previous organization
   
   

4. Last 3 months' salary slips
   
   

5. Experience certificate from the most recent employer
   
   

6. Relieving letter from the last organization
   
   

7. Experience certificates from all previous companies served
   
   

8. Educational documents (attested copies):
   
   

   • 10th & 12th Mark Sheets/Certificates
     
     

   • Graduation Degree
     
     

   • Post-Graduation Degree (if applicable)
     
     

9. Valid ID Proof (any one):
   
   

   • Passport
     
     

   • Voter ID
     
     

   • Driving License
     
     

   • PAN Card
     
     

10. For ESI registration:
    
    

    • Two recent family photographs
      
      

    • Duly filled ESI form
      
      

    • Two personal passport-size photographs
      
      

    • A valid ID proof for bank account opening
