This HR Policy Manual outlines the guidelines and expectations for all employees at TechMarbles Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It reflects our commitment to a positive, productive, and respectful workplace and supports our mission of empowering individuals to grow, collaborate, and innovate.

Probation Period: All new hires undergo a 3-6 month probation period. Upon successful completion, employment will be confirmed in writing.
Contractual & Permanent Roles: Based on project and role requirements, employees may be hired on a contract or permanent basis.
Background Checks: TechMarbles may perform background verifications before or after joining.
Standard Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible within reason).
Break Time: 1-hour break is allowed for lunch.
Work from Home: Based on team needs and role type. Prior manager and HR approval required.
Attendance Monitoring: Employees are expected to mark attendance daily through the designated system.
Paid/Privilege Leave (PL): 12 days/year
Medical Leave Leave (SL): 5 days/year
Holiday Calendar: As shared at the beginning of each year
Leave Application: Must be applied through the HR portal with at least 1-Week notice (except emergencies)
Salary Cycle: Monthly, credited on the 10th day of the month
Deductions: Statutory (PF, ESI, TDS) as applicable
Incentives & Bonus: Based on performance and company profits

Appraisal Cycle: Annual review with feedback and evaluation against set KPIs
Performance Feedback: Mid-year and end-year reviews conducted by reporting manager and HR
Promotion & Growth: Based on performance, behavior, and contributions to company success
Maintain professionalism and respect for colleagues at all times
Protect company assets and intellectual property
Avoid conflicts of interest
Do not disclose confidential company/client information
Respect work deadlines and quality standards
Misconduct such as absenteeism, harassment, data breaches, or policy violations will result in:
Verbal Warning
Written Warning
Final Warning or Termination (based on severity)
Notice Period: 30 days unless mutually agreed otherwise
Exit Process: Includes knowledge transfer, asset return, and final HR clearance
Full & Final Settlement: Processed within 30 days post last working day
Team Activities: Monthly fun events, games, and celebrations
Festivals & Theme Days: Company-sponsored participation encouraged
Mental Wellness: Open-door policy and HR support for personal well-being
Zero tolerance for any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination
POSH Committee is in place for handling complaints related to workplace harassment
All employees are expected to undergo awareness training annually
Use company devices responsibly and only for business purposes
Do not install unauthorized software or share company credentials
Internet usage is monitored to prevent misuse
TechMarbles reserves the right to amend, revise, or introduce new policies at any time. All updates will be communicated via email or internal HR portal.
Salary is a fixed amount of money paid to an employee by the employer in return for the work performed. Salary is paid in fixed intervals i.e., monthly payments 10th of the month.
The salary paid to the employees comprises of following terms Terms like CTC, Net Pay, Gross Salary, Allowances, Perquisites, Deductions, Bonus, Incentives etc. are all essential components of the salary structure.
CTC
CTC or Cost to Company refers to the total salary package of an employee. CTC is inclusive of all monthly components like Basic Salary, Allowances, Perquisites, or any other contributions. CTC is never the take-home salary of an employee.
BASIC SALARY
Basic Salary is the amount that an employee receives prior to any extras being added or payments deducted. It excludes bonuses, overtime pay or any other compensation from an employer.
GROSS SALARY
Gross Salary is the amount calculated by adding up your basic salary and allowances, before deduction of taxes and other deductions. It comprises bonuses, overtime pay etc.
NET SALARY
Net Salary or Take-Home Salary is the amount of money calculated after deducting income tax at source (TDS) and other deductions such as EPF, ESI,PROFESSIONAL TAX, Group Medical Insurance as per the company’s HR policies.
ALLOWANCES
Allowances are the monetary benefits provided over and above the basic salary, which may be partially or fully taxable or are completely exempted from tax. Common ones include House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical etc.
PETQUISITE
Perquisite refers to fringe benefits. These include mostly the non-monetary benefits provided based on an employee’s official position in the organization. Common ones include companies providing internet services, and other daily requirements.
BONUS
Bonus is a reward that is paid to an employee for his good work towards the organization. The basic objective of giving bonus is to share the profit earned by the organization amongst the employees and other staff members.
INCENTIVE
Incentives refer to giving employees bonuses or other forms of compensation for going beyond and above their normal duties. It is a financial reward for performance rather than pay for the number of hours worked.
HOUSE RENT ALLOWANCE
HRA is an allowance that is paid by an employer to the employee as a part of the latter’s salary. This is basically given to individuals who live in rented houses with the intention of making it easier for them to afford a place of accommodation
EMPLOYEE PROVIDENT FUND (EPF)
PF is a scheme for providing a monetary benefit to all the salaried individuals after their retirement. As you start working in a firm, both you and the organization contribute 12% of your basic remuneration into the EPF account.
INCOME TAX
The tax levied on an individual’s personal income is called income tax. Usually, an employee gets his or her salary after the tax deduction by the employer. This process is called Tax Deduction at Source (TDS). The deducted tax amount is paid to the government by the company.
PROFESSIONAL TAX
It is charged by the state government to let an individual practice a certain profession. The maximum amount payable per year is Rs. 2,500. It depends on your monthly salary and on the state in which you work.
The following describes the various sorts of leave available for staff in “TECHMARBLES WEB SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.”.
Please note that leave is granted at the discretion of the delegate and that the timing of some leave will need to be negotiated around company work schedules.
As a company, we are committed to our client’s needs. This means we all need to work unusual hours from time to time. This will occasionally include late evenings, nights and weekends. As staff demonstrates flexibility and commitment to the company and our clients then the company will at times be flexible with the staff when they need it. We prefer to have a flexible working environment where the staff is empowered for results and left to get on with it.
Current Leave Arrangements are listed below:
Casual Leave as required up to 1 day (Excluding Saturday & Sunday) for 3 months. (Quarterly 3 i.e. after completion of your probation period)
Medical Leave as required up to 5 days (Excluding Saturday & Sunday) per year.
Further Conditions:
The employee is permitted to avail accumulated 3 paid leave maximum in a month. Casual leave cannot be combined with any other leave.
If the employee worked on a national holiday then he/she is allowed to take compensatory leave.

Dussehra
Diwali
Leave without pay may be granted in exceptional circumstances.
